Some Respiratory Problems in Human Systems

Respiratory system is one system that is found on the human body. The respiratory system is one of the most important systems of human beings. This is because breathing, with the help of the respiratory system, is one activity that proves that a human is alive. If humans do not breathe, then he or she was dead. Although the respiratory in the human systems is one of the vital systems in the human body, unfortunately this system is one system that is prone to disease, so that the disease can easily attack this system.

One common disease that attacks the human respiratory system is asthma. Asthma is a very common disease that attacks the human respiratory system. The experts define asthma as a condition in which a person’s respiratory system is blocked due to one or a few things. Some of the examples are dust, dirt, air that is too hot or too cold, and so on. The characteristic of this disease is a feeling of tightness and heaviness in the chest, the feeling of short of breath, and the sound that comes out when you breathe.

Another example of the disease that commonly disrupts the respiratory in the human systems is the flu. Many people believe that the flu is a light disease that resolves itself. Unfortunately, it does not apply to children and old people. Flu in children and the old people can be a serious threat to the respiratory system due to their age is not in the best condition. The flu in their age can even cause death in some case. Therefore, for those of you who have the flu should take more rest because the virus of the flu usually attack you when your immune system is at the lowest. So, taking care of the respiratory in the human systems is a must.
