Many people building the body are also building the muscles of their legs. However, from all of those people, only few people are realizing that under the legs, you will find the foot that also has some great muscles to support you stands your every day. For your information, foot muscle is one muscle that is the combination of many kinds of muscles to support you to stand up.
There are the total of ten muscles that combine as the muscle of the foot. The first one is the Abductor Digiti Minimi muscle that is located in the outer side of the foot. The second is the Abductor Hallucis muscle that is located in the inside section of your foot. The third is the Adductor Hallucis muscle that is located from the central part of your foot to the line of the index finger. The fourth muscle that supports your foot muscle is the Dorsal Interossei. This muscle is licated between all of the metatarsal bones. The fifth is the Flexor Digiti Minimi Brevis muscle that is located near to the first muscle. However, the position is a little bit inside.
The sixth is the Flexor Digitorum Brevis muscle that is located in the middle of the foot from the index finger to the ring finger. The seventh muscle is the Flexor Hallucis Brevis muscle that is located on top of the second muscle or above the thumb. The eighth muscle is the Lumbricals or the small skeleton muscles located from the index finger to the little finger. The ninth is the Plantar Interossei muscle that is similar with the fourth muscles. The last of the foot muscle is the Quadratus plantae muscle, which the function is to flexing the index finger to the little finger. However, the thumb is not included here.
